Yes! The design of these rubber soles was created with runners in mind.
There are grooves on the soles to minimize the risk of slipping on wet surfaces - this allows liquid to escape quickly from the base of your shoes so that your soles always come in contact with the ground with each step you take. There are also very tiny traction cleats for extra grip!
